Written fixed price quotations for 12 months are given, payable monthly. 
Services Offered

A.  Site Restoration
Initial visit to reinstate landscaping and car parks to good condition.

B.  Regular Maintenance
An annual programme to:

        1.  Weed, fertilise and prune trees and shrubs.
        2.  Mow and edge lawns.
        3.  Sweep, remove litter and weed control in car park and
             unloading areas.
        4.  Clean entrance canopies.

C.  Additional Work
In addition to our maintenance programme our landscape construction department can also provide the following services.

        1.  Apply bark mulch.
        2.  Replacing dead or missing trees and shrubs.
        3.  Fencing repairs.
        4.  Redesign to improve or reduce maintenance costs.
